Dear Guest,
It is a pleasure to welcome you to Harbour House Bed & Breakfast. We hope that you will have a pleasant and relaxing stay with us. If reception can be of any assistance planning your visit, please let us know and we will be delighted to help.

House Information

• Breakfast: Served between 08:00 – 10:00. Please fill out the breakfast sheet and return it to reception before 11:30 PM the night before.

• Reception: Open from 08:30 – 19:00. Outside these hours, please call 087 225 2126 or 085 252 7735.

• Pool Area: Open from 08:00 – 20:00. If the cover is on the pool, please contact reception for assistance.

• Check-Out: Standard check-out is 11:00 AM. Please let us know if you require a later check-out.​

Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations & Payment

   • A valid credit or debit card number is required at the time of booking.

   • Payment is taken on the day of arrival, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Cancellation Policy

   • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before arrival will not be charged.

   • Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, or no-shows, will be charged the first night’s stay.

3. Guest Responsibilities

   • Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.

   • Any damage, loss, or additional cleaning may be charged to the card provided.

   • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A cleaning fee will apply for breaches.

4. Liability

   • Harbour House is not responsible for the loss or damage of guests’ personal belongings.

   • Vehicles are parked at guests’ own risk.

5. Privacy

   • Personal details are processed in line with GDPR and used only for managing reservations.

   • Card details are securely stored and used only in accordance with this cancellation and payment policy.
